In-Office Expectations:

Team members on our hybrid model are encouraged to work from our studio 2–3 days per week. These days are focused on activities that benefit from in-person collaboration, such as campaign planning, strategy meetings, creative brainstorms, and production shoots.For on-site roles, presence in the office is required throughout the week. These positions are typically tied to studio production, editing, client-facing coordination, or other responsibilities that demand real-time, in-person engagement. Our office is a fully equipped creative environment built to inspire innovation and high-performance teamwork.

Remote Flexibility (for Hybrid Roles):

On remote days, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from home or another location. This time is ideal for focused work, content development, and campaign execution. We ensure seamless coordination through regular check-ins, project management tools, and clear performance tracking.
